When we have enough details of your event we will send you a firm WRITTEN QUOTE by email confirming your details and with a link to our BOOKING FORM. This email then reserves the date for 3 days for you to book and pay your 20% deposit. Don't worry if you don't know all the details of your event yet, such as play-lists, special dances etc. or any little extras. All we need at this stage is the venue, the date, times and what the occasion is, including any early arrival / set-up time, and any difficulties of access. You can change or add extras to your booking later, including play lists, special requests and extra services nearer to the date.
